Logline: Jen Meyer clones herself to make her life easier, losing a part of herself every time she does so.
Synopsis: Dr. Jen Meyer is a brilliant scientist and inventor who longs to lead a normal life. Knowing she can’t simply ignore her passion for inventing, she creates a clone of herself with the intention of continuing her work while she focuses on her private life. With the clone’s ambitions being greater than Jen anticipated, she creates more clones without realizing each time she does so, she becomes more and more sick. When she finally stops cloning herself, the clones start to do it behind her back, eventually resulting in the original Jen becoming a husk of who she once was. Regretting their decision and realizing they’ll never be able to lead a normal life on their own, they dedicate the rest of their time to try and bring Jen back to normal.
CHARON’S APPRENTICE
Logline: The river Styx winds through the luminescent caverns of the puppet Underworld, and Charon is its only guide. However, Charon’s taking the day off.
Next in line is his brand new apprentice, Mally: kind of heart, empty of head, and definitely prepared. When Aster, ever-quiet, ever-cold, is the first spirit to step into his boat, can Mally, armed only with paperwork and a smile, help her reach the other shore?
